Parlem-ne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;ONU dedica el dia 7 d&#8217;abril a commemorar el #DiaMundialDeLaSalut i aquest any el dedica a la #depressi\u00f3 sota el lema &#8220;parlem-ne&#8221; per tal de generar consci\u00e8ncia social i acabar amb l&#8217;estigmatitzaci\u00f3 dels malalts.<\/p>\n<div class=\"metas\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1332 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/admiravision.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/20170407-poster_01_es_-_web982830797464333059.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"229\" height=\"323\" srcset=\"https:\/\/admiravision.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/20170407-poster_01_es_-_web982830797464333059.jpg 229w, https:\/\/admiravision.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/20170407-poster_01_es_-_web982830797464333059-213x300.jpg 213w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 229px) 100vw, 229px\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"text\">\n<p>La depressi\u00f3 \u00e9s una malaltia greu que provoca una important discapacitat al qui la pateix, no tan sols a nivell laboral sino tamb\u00e9 a nivell social i familiar.<\/p>\n<p>La confusi\u00f3 de la depressi\u00f3, com a malaltia, amb el fet d&#8217;estar deprimit &#8220;depre&#8221;, com a emoci\u00f3, estigmatitza als qui la pateixen i provoca que molts no acudeixin a l&#8217;especialista per obtenir un diagn\u00f2stic i un tractament molt necessaris per a la seva sanaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Si b\u00e9 els s\u00edmptomes poden ser coincidents en els estadis inicials, en el cas de la malaltia com a tal s\u00f3n perdurables en el temps i sovint independents dels aconteixements que propicien l&#8217;estat de tristesa profunda i persistent que esdev\u00e9 en angoixa existencial, tal que invalida a la persona per dur a terme activitats amb les que gaudeix normalment i les seves activitats quotidianes durant m\u00e9s de dues setmanes.<\/p>\n<p>Segons dades de la OMS, l&#8217;any 2015 un 5,2% d&#8217;espanyols, prop de 2,5 milions de persones, van patir depressi\u00f3. La depressi\u00f3 \u00e9s una de les principals causes del suicidi i el suicidi \u00e9s la seg\u00f3n causa de mort en persones entre 15 i 29 anys al m\u00f3n (1,5% de casos).<\/p>\n<p>El risc de patir depressi\u00f3 augmenta significativament amb la pobresa, la manca de treball, la p\u00e8rdua d&#8217;un \u00e9sser estimat, la ruptura de la parella, les drogadiccions o la malaltia.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit \u00e9s molt important treballar la gesti\u00f3 emocional en el sentit d&#8217;evitar que el dolor f\u00edsic i\/o emocional es cronifiqui i esdevingui patiment. \u00c9s molt important poder detectar els primers s\u00edmptomes d&#8217;anoixa i posar fil a l&#8217;agulla per detenir aquest proc\u00e9s de cronificaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Sovint una manca de recursos emocionals predisposa amb major mesura a l&#8217;estat depressiu. En aquest sentit, t\u00e8cniques com el ioga i la meditaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n bones eines per treballar la gesti\u00f3 emocional, el pensament negatiu i l&#8217;angoixa. Per tant, si ja s\u00f3n recomenables per a qualsevol persona, ho s\u00f3n especialment per a les persones m\u00e9s fr\u00e0gils emocionalment i poden constituir una bona eina de refor\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Malgrat tot, quan sorgeix la malaltia, cal tractar-la combinant medicaci\u00f3 amb psicoter\u00e0pia i \u00e9s especialment necessari supervisar que el malalt compleixi amb el tractament. En el cas que tingui associades d&#8217;altres malalties greus que requereixin tractaments farmacol\u00f3gics, aquesta necessitat es veu incrementada i \u00e9s cabdal. En el cas de la vista, una persona que s&#8217;ha d&#8217;instil\u00b7lar col\u00b7liris di\u00e0riament perqu\u00e8 pateix glaucoma, per exemple, pot perdre visi\u00f3 de forma irreversible si no ho fa durant un temps.<\/p>\n<p>La ment humana \u00e9s molt complexe, el que a uns els resulta indiferent a d&#8217;altres els apassiona. El que a uns no els afecta, a d&#8217;altres els deprimeix. Els fets poden ser els mateixos per\u00f2 la interpretaci\u00f3 que en fa cadasc\u00fa i com cadasc\u00fa viu una situaci\u00f3 determinada \u00e9s absolutament subjectiu i inherent a cada persona en particular i els seus recursos personals. Comparar persones, jutjar situacions i criticar reaccions no ajuda ning\u00fa i pot fer molt mal. Per tant, tots tenim una responsabilitat i podem col\u00b7laborar en menor o major mesura en el benestar dels altres, des de l&#8217;empatia, l&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 de la difer\u00e8ncia i la predisposici\u00f3 a ajudar en la mida de les nostres possibilitats. Aix\u00f2 ens enriqueix com a persones i com a societat.<\/p>\n<div class=\"destacado\">\n<p>En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, el principal per paliar la depressi\u00f3 \u00e9s:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prevenci\u00f3, en la mida del possible, treballant uns h\u00e0bits mentals saludables i la gesti\u00f3 emocional (ioga, meditaci\u00f3, intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional, activitats l\u00fadiques que ens proporcionin alegria de viure, relacions humanes de qualitat).
