Tot aix\u00f2 afecta la capacitat d&#8217;acomodaci\u00f3 i enfocament de prop dels nostres ulls. \u00c9s quan parlem de <a href=\"https:\/\/admiravision.es\/ca\/malalties-oculars\/presbicia\/\"><strong>presb\u00edcia o vista cansada<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>En alguns casos, aquest problema se suma a defectes refractius preexistents (hipermetropia, astigmatisme, miopia). Per tant, si hi ha alguna possibilitat de retardar la seva aparici\u00f3, \u00e9s incidint sobre cadascuna de les causes.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_millorar_la_perdua_de_flexibilitat_del_cristalli\"><\/span>Com millorar la p\u00e8rdua de flexibilitat del cristal\u00b7l\u00ed?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>El cristal\u00b7l\u00ed est\u00e0 format per prote\u00efnes, per tant, una dieta equilibrada en prote\u00efnes afavoreix que aquest teixit conservi la seva flexibilitat m\u00e9s temps. \u00c9s important tenir una aportaci\u00f3 adequada d&#8217;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/admiravision.es\/ca\/aliments-per-reforcar-la-vista\/\">aliments per refor\u00e7ar la vista.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 cal tenir cura de la hidrataci\u00f3 de l&#8217;ull. Les <strong>ll\u00e0grimes artificials<\/strong> s\u00f3n inn\u00f2cues i contribueixen a una bona lubrificaci\u00f3 ocular. Aix\u00f2 no vol dir que siguin suficients per tractar la patologia de l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/admiravision.es\/ca\/malalties-oculars\/malalties-de-la-cornia\/ull-sec\/\">ull sec<\/a> en les persones que la pateixen. En aquest cas, l&#8217;expert en superf\u00edcie ocular ha de ser qui faci un diagn\u00f2stic i pauti un tractament.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_es_pot_millorar_lelasticitat_de_la_musculatura_ocular\"><\/span>Com es pot millorar l&#8217;elasticitat de la musculatura ocular?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9s molt important que aquesta musculatura estigui tan tonificada i relaxada com sigui possible.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Per tonificar-la, es recomana tenir uns <a href=\"https:\/\/admiravision.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Flyer-GUIA-BONS-HaBITS-VISUALS-copia.pdf\"><strong>bons h\u00e0bits visuals<\/strong> <\/a>a la nostra vida quotidiana. Sobretot, es recomana alternar exercicis d&#8217;enfocament de lluny i de prop (10 minuts per hora dactivitat que implica fixar la vista de prop). Per aix\u00f2 cal mirar de lluny, a dalt, a baix, al costat dret i al costat esquerre. Tamb\u00e9 podem fer <strong>massatges suaument a les parpelles<\/strong>, de forma circular des del llagrimal cap a l&#8217;exterior. Ens podem ajudar de crema facial o <strong>olis essencials com el de lavanda<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Per relaxar-la, conv\u00e9 dedicar un temps a la relaxaci\u00f3 de tot el cos quan ens anem a dormir. Especialment, hem de parar atenci\u00f3 a <strong>relaxar la musculatura dels ulls<\/strong> i la resta de la cara. Es pot ajudar aplicar <strong>escalfalor humida local<\/strong>.
